When we moved to Portland 15 years ago, this was our closest grocery store. We always felt welcomed! I still come here, whenever I go to our old dentist. The selection is amazing, and the staff is lovely, and warm!

Zupan’s is to Whole Foods as Whole Foods is to Fred Meyer. Outstanding selection of items, some of which can’t be found at other grocery stores. The produce area is of great quality, some of it looks like a newspaper ad. Delicious apples, oranges, and anything else you’re looking for. The meat counter is of great quality, some of it looks like a newspaper ad. Beautiful steaks, scallops, and anything else you’re looking for. There are a few aisles with stand out items, such as a dozen or more Jacobsen Salt options, or beer that you haven’t seen in a while. The only bad thing is their price. Dang they’re expensive. Otherwise, it’s a great place.

The products here are great and it's the only grocery story that I've had good prepared food. They carry local produce that always looks good and they remove over ripe items. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because some items are over priced compared to the same items offered elsewhere.
